Kuih Tiram and also known as, kuih selayang, kerepek layang, kuih kertas, kuih lidah kucing, kuih lidah buaya, kuih kapal terbang,containing 95% wheat flour, 3% water and 2% ghee. This Kuih is also divided into two types, the first coated with icing sugar and the second coated with spicy sauce.
